Salary: $185,000–$195,000 annually

What you will do
- Set vision for digital fundraising and engagement, guiding strategy on trends and opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Partner across Client Services, Analytics, Creative, Production, HR, and Marketing to align priorities and advance goals.
- Contribute to executive team strategy, advocating for digital approaches to expand client programs.
- Manage department budget, P&L, and pricing strategy with finance.
- Lead and develop Digital Vice Presidents and senior leaders, fostering high-performing teams.
- Oversee key client relationships and programs, leveraging new digital opportunities for long-term success.
Requirements
- 15+ years progressive experience in digital direct response fundraising and marketing, including team leadership and strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading digital strategy in agency, consulting, or nonprofit environments.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel programs: email, SMS, paid media, web, emerging platforms.
- Experience leading and developing senior leaders and high-performing teams.
- Clear perspective on digital trends applied to nonprofits, balancing strategy with execution.
- Lead with clarity, build collaborative relationships, communicate thoughtfully, take ownership.
