What you will do

• Own transaction execution from diligence through close and Day 1 readiness, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
• Establish and run the operating cadence for enterprise strategic planning, translating priorities into an integrated execution plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence and integration planning across Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, and IT/Security.
• Identify and mitigate risks tied to value creation, such as roadmap continuity, customer commitments, and supply chain exposure.
• Standardize deal management tools and leverage AI-enabled analytics to improve diligence efficiency and reporting quality.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready updates for senior leadership regarding timelines, risks, and required decisions.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic planning and M&A transaction execution.
• Prior top-tier management consulting and/or investment banking experience is required.
• Experience in technology, semiconductor, or engineering-driven environments is strongly required.
• Engineering Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA or technical master’s preferred).
• Ability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for regular engagement with executive leadership.
