What you will do

• Establish and run the planning cadence, including quarterly and weekly goal tracking and success metrics.
• Own the financial model, budget, and runway tracking, providing scenario analysis for the CEO and board.
• Manage core operations including payroll, benefits, insurance, vendors, and customer invoicing.
• Support the CEO in creating board decks, investor updates, and high-priority strategic analysis.
• Expand into broader commercial and strategic leadership responsibilities as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience owning company budgets and forecasts.
• Exceptional writing skills for communication with board members and investors.
• Bias for action and willingness to handle both high-level strategy and granular execution.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
