Salary: $190,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operating model of the Enterprise Transformation Office and manage the internal team.
• Shape enterprise transformation strategy by translating leadership priorities into executable roadmaps and governance structures.
• Establish program forums and reporting cadences to provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner across business, technology, finance, and HR teams to ensure integrated execution of major initiatives.
• Oversee value realization and organizational readiness to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Synthesize complex information into clear recommendations to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategic operations, or program leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including direct or matrix management in complex environments.
• Proven ability to build governance structures and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in the US as part of the selection process.
