TL;DR

Sales Development Rep (SaaS): Driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting for a modern insurance infrastructure platform with an accent on lead generation and account planning. Focus on cold calling, utilizing AI tools for efficiency, and collaborating with Account Executives to penetrate large insurance companies.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based within 25 miles of Denver, Colorado (RiNo). Schedule: Tue-Thu in office, Mon/Fri remote.

Salary: $60,000 base + $20,000 OTE commissions + Equity

What you will do

  • Generate new sales opportunities and pipeline via outbound tactics.
  • Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with Account Executives to understand target accounts.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to execute cross-functional sales plays and events.
  • Master prospecting tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and research analysis for named accounts.
  • Integrate AI tools to increase the quality and speed of outreach and work.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales/SDR experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and common sales productivity tools (Outreach, Sales Navigator).
  • Expertise in cold calling, email, and social selling best practices.
  • Strategic thinking regarding account planning and territory management.
  • Must be based in the US; no work visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Denver, Colorado.
