What you will do

• Plan and coordinate international and domestic business travel, optimizing routes for cost, time, and traveler wellbeing.
• Administer corporate travel tools (Concur), including booking configurations and profile management.
• Monitor and analyze travel spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide real-time critical support for travelers during disruptions, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Own and continuously improve the travel policy in collaboration with Finance, HR, and Legal.
• Manage complex logistics for offsites, client visits, and multi-site gatherings.

Requirements

• Relevant diploma or degree with 5+ years of professional experience in corporate travel or travel management.
• Proven track record managing complex itineraries and large-scale group logistics for events.
• Deep understanding of international travel requirements, including visas and entry regulations.
• Proficiency with Concur or similar platforms and experience with spend reporting in Excel.
• Bilingual communication skills (French and English) are required.
• Must be based in Montreal, QC for a hybrid work arrangement.
