What you will do

• Build and scale the corporate finance function and implement improved financial controls.
• Own and drive financial planning and budgeting processes to guide company growth and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and report KPIs to the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Deliver high-impact business analytics on unit economics, customer acquisition, and core business expansion.
• Play a pivotal role in capital raise activities and engagement with investors and lenders.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience at publicly traded or late-stage pre-IPO companies.
• Expert-level Excel skills and extensive experience in quantitative financial modeling.
• Proficiency in building processes within enterprise financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Deep understanding of valuation methods and strong working knowledge of GAAP.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Knowledge of SQL.
