What you will do

• Own and drive financial planning and budgeting processes to determine resource allocation and growth trajectory.
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and drive corporate reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
• Implement new processes and improve financial controls to ensure business stability.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, and Adaptive.
• Deliver high-impact strategic business analytics related to unit economics, customer acquisition, and business expansion.
• Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence executive decision-making on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
• 3+ years of experience at publicly traded or late-stage pre-IPO companies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level Excel skills and extensive experience in quantitative financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven experience building and leading finance teams.
• Deep understanding of valuation methods and strong working knowledge of GAAP.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
