TL;DR
FP&A Systems and AI Manager (Pigment): Own and optimize financial planning system Pigment while leading AI adoption across Finance with an accent on models, workflows, reporting, and data integrity. Location: 100% remote (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)
Salary: $137,530 – $153,710

What you will do
- Own and optimize Pigment as the primary expert, designing models, workflows, and reporting while ensuring data integrity across planning cycles.
- Lead AI adoption in Finance to streamline operations, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, and Business Systems to build integrations and a strong source of truth.
- Create scalable, documented frameworks to reduce manual work and enable precise, consistent operations.
- Influence scaling of planning infrastructure and decision-making capabilities at the intersection of finance, systems, and emerging tech.
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, or related roles
- Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Experience improving finance workflows through automation, systems, or process redesign
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be based in United States (not hiring in Hawaii)
Nice to have
- Experience implementing or scaling AI workflows in Finance
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and data integrations
- Experience with finance data architecture and source systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
- Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses
- Background in high-growth or scaling company
