What you will do

• Setup and operate HTOL ovens for reliability stressing of AI devices.
• Develop biased stress plans with business units and manage project schedules.
• Track project status, report progress, and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Review hardware schematics, layouts, and thermal simulations.
• Convert HTOL vectors, debug board/socket/vector issues, and provide technical support.
• Complete biased stress certifications to meet qualification expectations.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) or related field + 8+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience with reliability qualification processes.
• Strong communication, project management, planning, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with shift flexibility for critical projects.

Nice to have

• Understanding of HTOL, HTS, TC, THB, uHAST, bHAST stressing.
• Experience with MCC HTOL HPB systems, AHER MAX, InCal, bHAST equipment.
• Schematic/PCB design and review, error detection.
• Background in ATE test engineering, IC/hardware design, electrical bench testing.
• Proven track record in REL lab environment supporting HTOL/bHAST projects.
