Salary: $144,500 - $170,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead and evolve core People Systems with a primary focus on Workday functionality and technical architecture.
- Act as a player-coach, driving hands-on configuration, integration design, and technical execution.
- Manage and develop a distributed team of employees and contractors, fostering accountability and growth.
- Design, build, and maintain complex integrations, including EIBs and Workday Studio solutions.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable systems architecture.
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams to integrate automation and AI-enabled capabilities into HR platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in People Systems or HRIS, with 2+ years in management.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically in Core HCM.
- Proficiency in building Workday integrations, including EIBs and Workday Studio.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience navigating fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to work from the Toronto office at least 4 days per week.
