What you will do
- Lead end-to-end redesign of core People workflows across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
- Identify friction points, redundancies, and manual processes and replace them with streamlined, tech-enabled solutions.
- Partner with People Technology Team to evaluate and implement new tools and optimize existing functionality.
- Establish metrics to track automation impact, time saved, productivity gains, and user adoption.
- Translate business requirements into functional design specifications for implementation.
- Develop change management and adoption strategies for new processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to operationalize changes through SOPs, documentation, and knowledge enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, Systems, or Process Optimization.
- Direct experience designing global HR processes at scale.
- Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., LucidChart, Miro, Visio).
- Deep experience with Workday including understanding of its business process framework.
- Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement capability.
- Understanding of all HR/People functions and the HR technology landscape.
- Curious, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology and AI in People operations.
