What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end redesign of core People workflows across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
  • Identify friction points, redundancies, and manual processes and replace them with streamlined, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with People Technology Team to evaluate and implement new tools and optimize existing functionality.
  • Establish metrics to track automation impact, time saved, productivity gains, and user adoption.
  • Translate business requirements into functional design specifications for implementation.
  • Develop change management and adoption strategies for new processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to operationalize changes through SOPs, documentation, and knowledge enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, Systems, or Process Optimization.
  • Direct experience designing global HR processes at scale.
  • Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., LucidChart, Miro, Visio).
  • Deep experience with Workday including understanding of its business process framework.
  • Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Understanding of all HR/People functions and the HR technology landscape.
  • Curious, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology and AI in People operations.
