What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex G&A functions such as IT, Finance, Legal, and People.
• Act as a strategic consultant to executives and hiring managers to define roles and design interview loops.
• Source high-caliber passive talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and personal networks.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Utilize Greenhouse and recruiting metrics to monitor pipeline health and optimize strategies.
• Lead projects to improve recruiting tools, employer branding, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within G&A functions.
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
• Proficiency as a power user of Greenhouse, GEM, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with executives and candidates.
• Agility to thrive in scrappy environments and build new processes from scratch.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use KPIs to influence hiring decisions.
