What you will do

• Develop and implement manufacturing test strategies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for production systems.
• Execute system-level testing and debug hardware issues to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Analyze yield and failure data to provide insights and recommendations for product performance improvement.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and production readiness.
• Investigate and introduce new test technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Maintain test equipment performance, calibration, and overall lab readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments supporting electronic products.
• Strong understanding of Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Proven experience developing and implementing test strategies for new product introduction.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience with NPI test engineering, Lean manufacturing, or production quality metrics.
• Exposure to programming languages such as C, C++, or C#.
