What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks for enterprise retail accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists to enhance overall team performance.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams to ensure integrated media plans.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, specifically with retail media networks.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• Deep understanding of platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, and Target Roundel.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various analytics platforms.
• Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
