What you will do

• Design and scale a mature, multi-million dollar paid search program balancing aggressive targets and LTV.
• Partner with Data Science and external vendors to refine customer acquisition using backend data.
• Implement a rigorous testing culture focusing on Geo-Lift and landing page optimization.
• Monitor competitor auction dynamics and pricing shifts to pivot strategies in real-time.
• Collaborate with Affiliate and SEO teams to maximize cross-channel growth synergies.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of hands-on experience managing high-growth Paid Search accounts in SaaS or FinTech.
• Deep expertise in conversion funnels, CAC/LTV modeling, and multi-touch attribution.
• Experience partnering with Web Ops and Data Science for API integrations and tracking.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required (no sponsorship available).

• Exposure to the broader performance ecosystem (Affiliate, Meta, or Programmatic).
• Track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding $1MM.
• Experience with incrementality studies and LTV optimization.
