What you will do

• Oversee and quality control the performance of Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Manage the coordination and delivery of paid search campaigns as the main client point of contact.
• Drive process automation through scripts and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and career development for UK and Global Hub teams.
• Develop strategic revenue opportunities and foster relationships with key suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to Wavemaker Governance and the 'Wavemaker Way' for Paid Search.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the right to work in the location.
• Expert knowledge of Paid Search with up-to-date Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
• Proven experience in line management and leading hybrid teams across different markets.
• Proficiency in bid management tools (SA360, GMP, Adobe) and reporting platforms like Google Data Studio.
• Strong data analysis skills and expert-level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex problems for stakeholders.
