What you will do

• Lead end-to-end paid search strategy for enterprise accounts, aligning investment with business goals and seasonality.
• Manage performance against core KPIs including CPA, ROAS, revenue, and LTV.
• Develop and execute advanced optimization frameworks for bidding, audience segmentation, and landing pages.
• Maintain hands-on ownership of campaign architecture across Google and Microsoft Ads networks.
• Collaborate with analytics, SEO, and creative teams to ensure integrated media strategies.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing data-grounded recommendations.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts with monthly spends of $1M+.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Must be based in the US (specifically in the approved states listed above) or be located in Boston.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into strategic narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Experience with attribution tools, CDPs, and advanced analytics environments.
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks such as incrementality, geo-testing, or lift studies.
