What you will do
- Manage enterprise-level paid search campaigns, including daily optimizations, creation, and strategy ownership
- Analyze performance data from campaigns and client sources like GA or Shopify to provide insights and action plans
- Participate in department scrums, training, and development of new materials
- Maintain communication with internal teams and clients while improving campaign performance against goals
- Leverage AI tools and 's Nova ecosystem to optimize workflows and processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in agency setting
- Minimum 4 years hands-on with Search Engine Marketing: campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy on enterprise accounts
- Experience managing 3+ campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local, or Bing Ads
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing, data insights, strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
