What you will do
- Define global paid acquisition roadmap prioritizing long-term growth and LTV:CAC efficiency.
- Execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and Capterra.
- Build and manage high-velocity experimentation engine for creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Implement AI-powered automations using n8n, Make, Claude for reporting, testing, and bid management.
- Own conversion tracking architecture, collaborating with engineering on CAPI, offline conversions, and server-side tagging.
- Lead a lean team of specialists and drive cross-functional initiatives for pipeline and MRR growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing in B2B SaaS or high-growth digital environments
- Proven track record managing $100k+/mo budgets with high ROI
- Advanced predictive modeling, budget management, and revenue forecasting skills
- Expertise in automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM integration in workflows
- High proficiency in HubSpot, Looker Studio, PowerBI, GTM, and advanced tracking
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
