What you will do

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments or negotiate installment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer contacts, attempted contacts, and payments collected.
• Submit regular reports regarding the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations governing collections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections.
• Prior experience working in a call center environment (B2B and B2C experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage stress, solve problems critically, and maintain a helpful phone demeanor.
• Proficiency in typing and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to access hirify.global systems from a mobile device using biometric authentication (e.g., FaceID or fingerprint).
