What you will do

• Coordinate between buyers, sellers, and sales representatives from contract execution to closing.
• Prepare and verify DMV paperwork, titles, and lien releases to ensure accuracy.
• Perform daily follow-ups with banks to check the status of titles and lien releases.
• Physically submit and track DMV documents at the Sarasota Tax Office.
• Manage and update deal notes, staging, and completion packets in the system.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Admin to maintain precise deal folders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in sales customer service operations.
• Must be based in Sarasota, FL to handle physical document processing.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage 35-50 active deals simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google products, file management, and scanning technology.
• Professional communication intelligence and the ability to handle high-tension situations.
• Flexibility to provide attention to deals in the evenings or weekends when necessary.
