What you will do

• Execute a company-wide AI adoption strategy to drive behavior change across product, engineering, and G&A functions.
• Design role-based enablement programs and scale an internal AI Champions network to surface adoption blockers.
• Define internal AI usage policies and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulations like the EU AI Act.
• Build and lead a team of AI enablement professionals, including program managers and AI solution specialists.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, Finance, and HR to integrate AI fluency into hiring and performance frameworks.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years in SaaS or enterprise software with significant experience in product management or digital transformation.
• 3-5 years leading AI adoption, automation, or large-scale change management programs in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Strong knowledge of the GenAI landscape, including LLMs, copilots, and APIs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no employment sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Experience guiding enterprise customers through technology adoption or digital transformation.
