Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Own the vision and curation of the enterprise knowledge infrastructure to ensure AI agents have reliable data.
• Define company-wide standards for agent design patterns, quality bars, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Identify and replace manual business workflows with agentic automation to drive cost savings and revenue.
• Organize the AI guild and run hackathons to prototype and harden production workflows across functions.
• Manage the AI Governance Council to define autonomy boundaries and mitigate data and security risks.
• Monitor and report on AI program outcomes, including workflow replacement rates and operational costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, TX with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office).
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in product, program, or operations, with a strong focus on change management.
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, LangGraph, n8n).
• Proven experience running hub-and-spoke or center-of-excellence models to enable distributed execution.
• Experience with AI governance, including usage policy, tool evaluation, and risk review.

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, preferably within a PE-backed environment.
• Familiarity with developer-grade orchestration frameworks like LangGraph at an evaluation level.
• Experience standing up or running an AI governance council or similar review body.
