What you will do

• Own the end-to-end internal AI product strategy and define the capability roadmap for the organization.
• Lead the design and evolution of the internal AI ecosystem, including knowledge layers, agents, and workflow automation systems.
• Establish governance, safety standards, and responsible AI frameworks in partnership with security, legal, and compliance teams.
• Define and track success metrics tied to AI adoption, reuse, and overall productivity impact.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through enablement programs, champions, and leadership alignment.
• Manage the operating cadence for internal AI initiatives to ensure prioritization and execution discipline.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience (15+ preferred) in leadership of strategic, company-wide product or internal platform initiatives.
• Proven experience scaling internal operating models or enterprise-wide AI transformation programs.
• Strong fluency with modern AI tools, including generative AI systems, assistants, and agents.
• Experience building or managing internal platforms such as knowledge systems or workflow automation tools.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
