What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for the Data Intelligence, Defect Analysis, Predictive Health, and AIRE portfolios.
• Build and mentor a high-performance team of Group Product Managers, PMs, and Product Owners.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams on system design, API strategy, and ML pipelines.
• Drive the development of AI-augmented features, including model evaluation frameworks and responsible AI governance.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive ARR growth and define pricing/packaging strategies.
• Own the long-range roadmap and communicate strategy to executive leadership and the board.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in an executive leadership role.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience building data products, analytics platforms, or ML-driven solutions.
• Track record of scaling B2B SaaS products with API-based platform strategies.
• Experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science (MBA strongly preferred).

Nice to have

• Aviation domain knowledge (maintenance, reliability, or operations).
• Familiarity with OEM data ecosystems (e.g., Airbus Skywise, Boeing AnalytX).
• Experience in PE-backed organizations and board reporting.
