What you will do
- Own internal AI strategy and operating model: decide what capabilities to invest in, retire, and keep current as tools and needs evolve.
- Set product direction for the internal knowledge/context layer and reusable skills, agents, and workflows; prioritize with engineering and data for delivery.
- Own standards, governance, and trust model with security, legal, and the AI Governance Committee to enable fast, safe employee use.
- Own metrics for internal AI ROI (adoption, reuse, and changes in how work gets done) and reset priorities each cycle.
- Set company-wide adoption strategy and scaling bar; deliver through L&D, an ambassador network, and department leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience owning a strategic program or internal function (15+ years for Senior Director), including sustained execution.
- Proven track record setting strategy and running operations for a company-wide capability over time.
- High fluency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on where they are heading and what that means for an internal operating model.
- Experience partnering across departments and with governance, security, or legal to land durable solutions.
