Learning Experience Designer (NA): Designing and developing rich, engaging, and scalable learning experiences for the North America workforce with an accent on instructional design principles, user-centric design, and multimodal delivery. Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA (3 days onsite required, 2 days flexible), or remote within the US
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus (varies by location)

What you will do
- Conduct gap analyses and develop measurable learning objectives tied to business outcomes across North America.
- Consult with stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership on instructional design, methodologies, and learning data.
- Design innovative curriculums and certification programs using adult learning theory and generative AI.
- Create engaging content including audio, video, animations, simulations, role plays, and games.
- Manage instructional design projects, ensure deadlines, and maintain documentation and compliance.
- Select measurement tools and update content based on internal resources and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, UX, HCI, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of instructional design experience with strong portfolio
- Expertise in animation, graphics, video, e-learning tools (Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Experience with scenario-based learning, simulations, gamification, AR/VR
- Familiarity with LMS and educational technologies; focus on learner journey, accessibility, and UX
- 1-2 years in data center role or organization; up to 5% travel
