Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA (3 days onsite required, 2 days flexible), or remote within the US

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus (varies by location)

What you will do

• Conduct gap analyses and develop measurable learning objectives tied to business outcomes across North America.
• Consult with stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership on instructional design, methodologies, and learning data.
• Design innovative curriculums and certification programs using adult learning theory and generative AI.
• Create engaging content including audio, video, animations, simulations, role plays, and games.
• Manage instructional design projects, ensure deadlines, and maintain documentation and compliance.
• Select measurement tools and update content based on internal resources and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, UX, HCI, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of instructional design experience with strong portfolio
• Expertise in animation, graphics, video, e-learning tools (Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience with scenario-based learning, simulations, gamification, AR/VR
• Familiarity with LMS and educational technologies; focus on learner journey, accessibility, and UX
• 1-2 years in data center role or organization; up to 5% travel
