What you will do

• Facilitate multi-day virtual and onsite training programs across global time zones using legal-industry contexts.
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to design and improve course materials incorporating AI features and legal workflows.
• Provide personalized support, coaching, and learning journeys to ensure program completion.
• Maintain expertise in hirify.global AI functionality and emerging legal technology trends.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Drive strategic business outcomes including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and training delivery KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a technical trainer or in a technical enablement role.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort delivering training to legal professionals.
• Experience with enterprise cloud applications and LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools in legal tech (document summarization, smart search, clause extraction).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience consulting for or training law firms or corporate legal teams.
• Familiarity with legal practice management systems and document lifecycle management.
• Passion for demystifying AI capabilities in document management systems.
