What you will do

• Lead the design and development of learning programs across e-learning, ILT, vILT, and microlearning using ADDIE and SAM frameworks.
• Architect full-scale onboarding curricula, role-based learning paths, and certification tracks within the MindTickle LMS.
• Translate complex technical cybersecurity concepts into sales-relevant content for non-technical audiences.
• Develop sales plays, battle cards, and scenario-based simulations including branching and role-play scripts.
• Produce high-quality multimedia assets using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and Salesforce performance metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of instructional design experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS sales enablement environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, Bloom's Taxonomy, and the 70-20-10 framework.
• Experience managing content within a modern LMS, preferably MindTickle.
• Must be based within 45 miles of a hirify.global office to comply with the hybrid work model.
• Exceptional written communication skills for scripting and performance support copy.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, specifically Active Directory or identity threat detection.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler.
• Proficiency with professional video production tools such as Adobe Premiere.
• Instructional design certifications (ATD CPLP/CPTD, CPTM).
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation and xAPI/SCORM standards.
