Salary: $114,380 - $177,300

What you will do

• Facilitate sales processes by providing financing options and expertise directly to farmers and ranchers.
• Create and implement sales strategies to promote the growth of AgDirect products in partner territories.
• Collaborate with centralized Business Development, Operations, and Credit Underwriting teams.
• Conduct training and marketing seminars for agricultural manufacturers, equipment dealers, and end-user customers.
• Coordinate and attend local, regional, and national trade shows to generate accounts and develop the marketplace.
• Service and cross-sell AgDirect dealers within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Agriculture lending or regional sales/territory management within the AgDirect, agricultural, or equipment leasing industry.
• 8+ years of general sales experience.
• Must be based within Arizona or Southern California.
