• Represent the company at field days, farmer meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Agricultural Science (or equivalent experience).
• Proven extensive B2B sales/account management success in Ag, Ag-Chem, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
• Strong skills in negotiation, territory planning, and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across retail networks and end users.
• Capable of working autonomously across a large geographical territory.
• Must possess full and unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
