Salary: $122,000 - $134,200

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the onboarding team as the primary point of contact for post-sales customers.
• Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle to ensure a standardized, seamless, and service-first experience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on the customer journey.
• Optimize internal processes and track key metrics such as onboarding success and customer satisfaction.
• Handle general management responsibilities, including 1:1s, team meetings, and annual performance reviews.
• Support the hiring and strategic expansion of the Onboarding Team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or service operations.
• 3+ years of experience in people and team management.
• Proven track record of coaching high-performing teams and achieving operational KPIs.
• Experience building or improving processes within a scaling environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be based in the New York City office (Hybrid).
