What you will do

• Build pipeline through outbound campaigns targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
• Generate appointments via email, phone, social media, and networking to qualify hirify.global solutions.
• Proactively contact prospects, understand business goals, and offer best-fit products.
• Use selling skills to gain commitment, progress opportunities, and close deals.
• Log and track customer interactions in CRM to high standards.
• Attend customer meetings and conferences as required; own your territory.

Requirements

• 5+ years in outbound sales to Enterprise organizations
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
• Strong deal closing, negotiation, and discovery skills
• Experience in SaaS/PaaS sales to Enterprise accounts
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team under pressure
