Order Operations Specialist

Location: Remote (USA). The company prioritizes candidates in Atlanta and Boston for hub-based collaboration.

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Process, validate, and audit customer orders in Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Perform routine audits to verify billing triggers, line items, and payment terms against contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve billing holds and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and master data for invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to streamline daily order workflows.
• Manage order queues to ensure fulfillment timelines and SLAs are met.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in billing operations or accounts receivable.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets for tracking operational data.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Ability to interpret complex legal language regarding billing triggers and payment terms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile discrepancies across datasets.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.
