Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Perform dedicated order audits and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing escalations.
• Manage audit queues and case counts to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform customer reconciliations and analyze discrepancies in datasets.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize billing workflows and resources.
• Support finance team with cash application, invoicing, and collections.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in billing operations and accounts receivable.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Zoom calls for professional communication.
