Partner Funding Operations Specialist (AWS/Anthropic)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CAD 71,000–88,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs.
• Maintain client records, funding documentation, trackers, and approval workflows across internal systems.
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices while performing quality assurance and compliance checks.
• Monitor program requirements and communicate changes, deadlines, and best practices to internal teams.
• Coordinate with AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Executives, Project Managers, and delivery teams to resolve documentation issues and complete funding activities.
• Use reporting tools and automation to improve operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and with invoice or financial documentation processing.
• Ability to manage multiple web-based platforms, priorities, deadlines, and evolving documentation requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex program requirements into clear guidance.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Partner Programs, cloud partner operations, or vendor funding programs.
• Experience supporting Sales, Project Managers, and Delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Anthropic Claude skills and projects.
