FSA Operations Analyst Associate

Location: Remote

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year; compensation is calibrated to geographic location and local market conditions.

What you will do

• Monitor, process, and reconcile contribution files for reimbursement plans through recordkeeping systems.
• Process eligibility and enrollment files and post participant contribution transactions.
• Initiate ACH funding requests, reconcile deposits, and generate contribution reports.
• Monitor the shared inbox and log requests in the CRM.
• Follow up with clients and Account Managers on NIGO requests.
• Support internal teams with client inquiries and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Entry-level interest in financial services and operational problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM and recordkeeping systems quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
• Knowledge of FSA, HRA, or HSA plans.
