Salary: $58,000-85,000

What you will do

• Review client contracts and set up matters upon case activation.
• Generate invoices for routine, electronic, and complex billing arrangements.
• Track and report on assignments, WIP analysis, and progress.
• Perform data entry, editing, customizing, and processing of client invoices per contract terms.
• Assist in guiding and supporting other billing staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-charge billing experience in professional services or law firm.
• Strong skills in 10 key, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Workday or Elite 3E experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• E-billing experience (including E-Billing HUB).
• International multi-currency billing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bankruptcy experience.
