TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Growth & Member Marketing (Fandango FanClub): Lead the strategy and execution of acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts for Fandango’s membership product with an accent on performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, and customer insights. Focus on optimizing the full subscriber journey, driving measurable subscriber and revenue growth, and maximizing lifetime value through data-informed initiatives.

Location: Hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the Orlando, FL office

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to acquire and convert new FanClub subscribers
  • Optimize the customer lifecycle through testing, personalization, and funnel enhancements to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs including email, push, and in-app to increase subscriber engagement and lifetime value
  • Leverage data and analytics to track key metrics like CAC, LTV, and churn, refining campaigns and strategies accordingly
  • Partner with product, analytics, CRM, and marketing teams to align on growth initiatives and business priorities
  • Manage external partners and stay ahead of trends in subscription and membership marketing

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in subscription or membership-based business
  • Strong command of digital marketing channels including paid media, email/CRM, SEO, and influencer marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
