Location: Hybrid in New York City; must be based in the US (specifically in listed states including NY, CA, CO, MA, WA, etc.)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to improve subscriber retention and increase lifetime value.
- Lead the Ambassador Program to activate users as brand advocates via referrals and testimonials.
- Optimize lifecycle marketing efforts across email, in-app, push, and SMS using A/B testing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including Product, Client Success, and Partners Marketing to scale strategies.
- Manage local marketing projects end-to-end, from planning to CRM execution using Braze.
- Create marketing assets using tools like Canva and Figma, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, in-app, push).
- Hands-on experience with Braze or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
- Must be based in the USA in one of the company's eligible hire states.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau or Looker.
- Experience launching ambassador or community programs.
