What you will do

• Lead strategic direction and execution of SEO programs for enterprise and large-scale client accounts.
• Serve as the primary SEO advisor and strategic partner for senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, content strategy, and site architecture.
• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and guide implementation for Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Manage large-scale initiatives such as website migrations, redesigns, and CMS transitions.
• Analyze organic search performance and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency or enterprise consulting environment.
• Proven experience leading SEO strategy for Fortune 500 or large-scale brands.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and enterprise site architecture.
• Proficiency with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Yext, and SparkToro.
• Strong analytical experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
• Must be based in the US (specific states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA) or Boston.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with log file analysis and advanced technical SEO diagnostics.
• Understanding of AI search trends and generative search experiences.
• Experience with API-driven reporting and SEO automation workflows.
