What you will do
- Understand customer business drivers and map solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Partner with sales, specialists, and channels to drive revenue and new business.
- Lead technical demonstrations, evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Deliver product presentations and secure technical wins with clients.
- Capture requirements, respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, and promote interoperability testing.
- Liaise with product teams for materials and stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years pre-sales experience in Data Storage / Data Management
- 5+ years in technology, design, communications; enterprise storage sales preferred
- Deep knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, NFS, OSD, SAN)
- Experience with NFS, Linux distributed environments
- Installation/configuration of distributed computing, storage subsystems
- Knowledge of cloud native, VMware, networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP), AWS/Azure/GCP
- Excellent verbal and written skills
