What you will do

• Own technical relationships with strategic partners including hardware OEMs (NVIDIA, Dell, HPE) and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Lead the design of joint reference architectures, integrations, and co-engineered solutions.
• Run hands-on technical validation, including PoCs and interop testing, to create decision-ready narratives.
• Develop scalable operating processes for partner intake, qualification, architecture reviews, and enablement.
• Evangelize the hirify.global platform to diverse audiences, from kernel engineers to C-level executives.
• Shape commercial contours of partnerships and negotiate technical terms in partnership agreements.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in technical partner management, solutions architecture, or alliances engineering.
• Strong technical literacy in server/networking hardware, GPUs, Kubernetes, Linux, and AI/ML data pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and implement processes that scale in parallel with execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different altitudes of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to partner sites, customer deployments, and industry events.

Nice to have

• Hands-on background as a solutions architect, systems engineer, or infrastructure engineer.
• Experience with edge, telco, defense, energy, or maritime environments.
• Expertise in AI/ML inference at the edge, MLOps, or model deployment.
• Experience within partner programs at major companies like Microsoft, Cisco, or NVIDIA.
