TL;DR
Group Product Manager – Unified Entitlement & Fulfillment (Automotive): Developing and scaling a global entitlement and fulfillment platform for connected vehicle services with an accent on eligibility, activation, and verification flows. Focus on consolidating regional architectures into a unified global source of truth and managing high-reliability backend operations.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Warren, MI and report to the office at least three times per week). No immigration sponsorship provided.

What you will do
- Define the north star vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Unified Entitlement & Fulfillment Platform.
- Develop product requirements and decision models to standardize lifecycle logic across cloud and in-vehicle systems.
- Prioritize the platform backlog in collaboration with engineering and regional partners to support vehicle launches.
- Converge regional entitlement rules and service-code models into a configurable global platform.
- Drive improvements in data quality and observability to reduce defects and operational risks.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between senior stakeholders, architecture, and regional operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- 4+ years managing complex platform or infrastructure products such as entitlements, IAM, or billing.
- Experience shipping multi-year roadmaps spanning cloud services and embedded systems.
- Strong systems-thinking skills for rules/decisioning and data modeling.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality PRDs and strategy documents.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience with connected vehicles, telematics, or subscription platforms.
- Familiarity with rule engines and global catalog/EDM systems.
- Experience with OTA or safety-relevant in-vehicle software.
- Background in regulatory compliance including SOX, privacy, or safety standards.
