What you will do

  • Define and execute the overall strategic direction for the Vehicle Solutions business to drive revenue expansion and market leadership.
  • Own revenue performance by driving enterprise new business acquisition and strategic partnerships with OEMs.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key automotive industry stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across new business sales, account management, and regional organizations.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure solutions align with evolving market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales, automotive technology, SaaS, or mobility solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading large commercial organizations and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience managing OEM partnerships and strategic enterprise customer relationships.
  • Strong operational discipline in managing pipelines, forecasting, and revenue performance.
  • Must be based in the United States (Virtual US)
