What you will do

• Manage the Microsoft Security Services portfolio lifecycle, performance, and market growth.
• Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Conduct direct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and industry research to identify market problems.
• Collaborate with Solutions Marketing to develop effective messaging, content, and marketing activities.
• Enable Sales and Presales teams through training and support to maximize market fit.
• Analyze KPIs and customer experience metrics to drive corrective actions and strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience or 8+ years in marketing/business leadership.
• Expertise in Microsoft Security or Cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft and global partners.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct market research that uncovers unmet customer needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
