Location: Must be based anywhere in the Americas (North, Central, or South America). Working hours must align with US time zones (PT to ET).

What you will do

• Source and attract top talent to drive the next generation of vehicle and mobile technologies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand goals and build world-class teams.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from initial sourcing to closing offers.
• Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to develop assessment scorecards and manage the pipeline.
• Develop a strong network of industry professionals to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
• Ensure a high-quality, respectful, and positive experience for every candidate.

Requirements

• English: Near-native spoken and written proficiency (C2).
• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing recruiting roles.
• Proven track record of placing professionals in tech, data science, product management, sales, and finance.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Location: Must be based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
