What you will do

• Deliver technical solutions for ITSM and ITAM applications, including demos and proofs of concept.
• Validate proposed solutions from both technical and project planning perspectives.
• Support Sales Representatives throughout the sales process, managing RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Generate configuration documentation and guides based on implementation best practices.
• Interface between customers and R&D teams to resolve complex technical or product issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or currently working towards one).
• Previous experience in software implementations and/or Presales, particularly with ITSM, ITAM, or ITIL.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• High energy, empathy, and a strong desire to work directly with clients.
