TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (IT Management/Cybersecurity): Supporting the sales team by delivering technical demonstrations and designing solutions for the hirify.global IT Complete platform with an accent on MSP-focused technologies like PSA and RMM. Focus on managing the full pre-sales lifecycle, addressing technical objections, and validating solutions for customers across LATAM and North American markets.

Location: Must be able to work fully in-office in Medellín, Colombia

What you will do

  • Design and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of the hirify.global platform.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify customer pain points and engineer tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage the full pre-sales lifecycle from discovery and demos to proof-of-concept coordination.
  • Address technical objections and architecture questions throughout the sales process.
  • Support the creation of technical responses for RFI/RFP submissions and proposals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing field feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
  • Proven background in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role.
  • Must be able to work fully in-office at our Medellín location.
  • Strong experience in Windows environments with functional knowledge of macOS and Linux.
  • Ability to articulate technical value to both IT admins and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem including PSA, RMM, security, and backup platforms.
