Salary: $136,000 - $195,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of insourced AP exam production across 40+ courses, ensuring 130+ forms are completed on time.
- Oversee large-scale production management of thousands of items across digital, print, hybrid, and accommodated models.
- Design scalable processes, tools, and operating models for full insourcing and portfolio expansion.
- Build integrated ecosystem for visibility and control over 10,000+ workflow steps and dependencies.
- Lead 20+ team members in a manager-of-managers structure, setting vision, priorities, and fostering high-achieving culture.
- Partner with senior leaders on AP Production & Delivery and Curriculum & Assessment for alignment and execution.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Demonstrated success leading high-stakes, multi-year operational transformations at scale
- Experience using innovative thinking, data, and emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools
- Strong people leadership managing senior managers and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, influence, and systems-thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 7-10 years in assessment development, product development, or program management in EdTech
